These Credit Card Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all payments made by credit card, debit card, or other electronic payment methods for any product, program, course, certification, training, event, coaching, digital product, or service offered by NLP Institute of California ("NLPCA," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting payment information, you ("Client," "Student," or "You") agree to these Terms in full.
1. Authorization to Charge
By providing your credit or debit card information, you authorize NLP Institute of California to charge your card for:
The full purchase amount, or
Any agreed-upon installment or payment plan amounts,
Plus any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges disclosed at the time of purchase.
You authorize NLPCA to store your payment method securely and to charge it automatically according to the payment schedule you selected.
2. Payment Plans & Installments
If you enroll in a payment plan:
You agree to pay all installments in full.
Payment plans are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled to avoid remaining payments.
Missed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension of access to programs, materials, certifications, portals, bonuses, or coaching until the account is brought current.
Failure to complete all payments constitutes a breach of this agreement.
3. Declined Payments & Failed Transactions
If a payment is declined:
You authorize NLPCA to reattempt the charge.
You agree to promptly update your payment information.
A reasonable administrative or processing fee may be applied where permitted by law.
Continued non-payment may result in collections, revocation of certification, or legal action.
4. No Chargebacks Policy
You agree not to initiate chargebacks with your bank or card issuer without first contacting NLPCA to attempt resolution.
Initiating a chargeback instead of following our refund or dispute process constitutes a breach of these Terms.
If a chargeback is filed:
You may be permanently removed from programs or certifications.
Any certifications may be revoked.
Access to materials, communities, and future enrollments may be denied.
You may be responsible for chargeback fees and administrative costs.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are subject to the specific refund policy stated on the sales page, enrollment page, or agreement associated with the product or program.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Digital products, downloadable materials, recordings, and home study programs are non-refundable.
Live trainings, certifications, courses, and coaching programs may have limited or conditional refund windows.
Missed sessions, lack of participation, or change of circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
No refunds will be provided after completion, certification issuance, or substantial consumption of materials.
6. Currency & Processing
All charges are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments may be processed through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or merchant banks).
NLPCA is not responsible for additional fees imposed by your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
7. Fraud Prevention & Verification
We reserve the right to:
Request additional identification or verification.
Cancel or suspend transactions suspected of fraud.
Refuse service where fraudulent or abusive payment behavior is identified.

For certification programs:
Certifications are issued only after full payment is completed.
